There are few venues in the area more suitable for wedding receptions and functions. 
The beautiful walled gardens with the old village church of St. David’s, Laleston
as a backdrop, is romantic and unique at any time of year.
The house is a restored, listed building and has a wealth of nooks and crannies for photographs. 
The comfort and high standards of cuisine are second to none and
its accessibility by road and rail is excellent.
Our staff are aware of the needs of todays’ demanding clientele and are dedicated to
giving help and advice.  The house is run by Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Bond and their staff.
We are able to offer a price structure which can be tailored to suit a budget and you are
invited to come along and see our facilities, there is always someone ready to help.

The Leicester Room holds a maximum of 35 for a small reception and its olde worlde
 charm is ideal for formal or informal receptions. 
The Tapestry Room will hold 10 for small functions.
The Prince of Wales Suite has comfortable seating for 45 guests.
The Great Hall Restaurant can accommodate up to 80 guests for the
wedding breakfast with a formal table setting.

Are all licensed for civil wedding ceremonies.
 
In keeping with the 15th Century style of the house, there are beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suite facilities. All bedrooms are complete with direct dial telephone, colour satellite television set, trouser press, hair dryer and, of course, tea and coffee making facilities.  A health Suite offering multi gym, sauna, jacuzzi, running machine and air-stepper is available for the use of guests.  Towelling robes are provided for your use during your stay. A separate tariff sheet is available if you wish to book accommodation. Special rates may apply

Civil Wedding Ceremonies

We have a license to hold wedding ceremonies.
Please note that maximums for reception only may differ.

Each room has a unique character of its own.
Each beautifully decorated to your style for your special day.

Room hire cost for holding the wedding ceremony is £150 inclusive of VAT

You should ensure that you contact the Registrar well in advance to declare your intention to marry. Any fees involved with the solemnisation of the marriage should be paid to the registrar direct.

Wedding Organisation

Our charges for wedding receptions always include the loan of a silver cake stand and knife, white linen napkins and value added tax. Table flower arrangements are also tailored to your colour scheme at no cost.
In keeping with tradition your account will be presented to the Best man for payment on the day. 
An optional 10% service charge is added to your bill for staff gratuities.

Table Plan

Just as we are flexible with our other arrangements for your special day, so we can help with table planning.  A tailor made plan is always the best and we will be happy to help you arrange yours. Many decisions have to be made
on the approach to your wedding day.  To assist you we have put together a “don’t forget” checklist
which may help you and appears on the back page.
